Information is being prepared before sales open. Online payments are not enabled; final approval of the terms is pending.
Seller and scope
3D Automotive is operated by the self-employed seller identified on the seller-details page. A consumer is an individual buying outside their trade or profession. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Products and orders
Check the product version, engine, manifold, throttle body and injector type before ordering. Contact us about any uncertainty. The pre-purchase product description and any individually agreed written specifications form part of the contract. Adding products to a basket is not a paid order.
Prices and payment
Product prices are set in euros. The seller is not VAT registered; Lithuanian sales VAT is not added to the displayed product price. Other currencies are indicative and payment is in euros. When checkout is enabled, the final product price, shipping and other mandatory charges are presented before payment confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe. An order is accepted when payment has been confirmed and an order confirmation has been provided to the customer, subject to overriding statutory requirements.
Production and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time is additional. Any different dispatch time for an individually agreed product is specified in writing before payment. Where no other delivery period is agreed, the statutory delivery period applies. Shipments have tracking numbers, available on the private order-status page. The seller bears the risk of shipment through its chosen carrier until the goods reach the buyer or the buyer’s nominated person, subject to statutory exceptions.
Deliveries outside the EU
A postage estimate is not a calculation of all import charges. Automatic checkout is not available for destinations whose complete delivery and import charges have not been confirmed. The final amount and arrangements for paying import charges are agreed before payment is accepted. No previously undisclosed charges are added after payment.
Purchase documents
After confirmed payment, an order confirmation and a private order-status link are provided. The order confirmation is not an invoice. The seller provides the required accounting document in accordance with applicable law.
Complaints and applicable law
Contact us by email about products, payment or delivery. Consumer complaints will receive a reasoned written response within 14 calendar days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to Lithuania’s State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) or a court. Lithuanian law applies without removing mandatory protections under the law of the consumer’s country of residence.
