14-day right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. If one order is delivered in separate consignments, the period starts on receipt of the last item. It is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before the deadline.
Submitting a statement
Use the “Withdraw from contract” function below or send an unambiguous statement by email. Include your name, order reference and, for a partial withdrawal, the affected items. No reason or customer-account registration is required.
Returning the goods
After notifying us, send or hand back the goods within the following 14 days unless collection has been agreed. Use the return address on the seller-details page. The buyer pays the direct cost of returning non-defective goods if informed before purchase. Statutory seller obligations apply to returns involving defects. Pack securely and retain evidence of dispatch.
Refunds
For withdrawal from the whole order, we refund the product payment and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Extra costs of a more expensive delivery option are not refunded. Refunds use the original payment method without an extra fee, within 14 days of notification, subject to the right to withhold repayment until the goods or evidence of their return are received, whichever happens first.
Inspection and diminished value
You may inspect goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Diminished value caused by additional handling may be taken into account. Installation or use does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal; its effect is assessed in the particular case.
Individually customised goods
A statutory exception may apply to goods made to the individual buyer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Merely printing a standard catalogue adapter after receiving an order does not by itself make it exempt. Individual changes and the exception must be disclosed before purchase. Rights concerning defective goods remain available.
Statutory legal guarantee
The seller is responsible for a lack of conformity existing at delivery and becoming apparent within two years. Consumers may initially request repair or replacement, subject to statutory exceptions; a price reduction or termination is available in the circumstances prescribed by law. Contact us with the purchase information and a description of the defect. Photos help but are not the only acceptable evidence. Statutory rights are not excluded merely because a product is 3D printed or used in a conversion.
