Data and purposes
Order fulfilment involves your name, contact email, delivery and billing addresses, products, amounts, payment confirmation and shipment information. We also process order correspondence, complaints and withdrawal statements. Technical request information supports website operation and security. The store does not retain full card details or CVC; these are entered in Stripe’s environment.
Legal grounds
Processing supports entering into and performing a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), accounting and consumer-protection legal obligations (c), and legitimate interests in securing the service and defending lawful claims (f). Information necessary for an order is required to fulfil it; without it the order may not be deliverable.
Recipients and international transfers
As needed for their functions, recipients include Render for hosting and database services, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Google/Gmail for correspondence, the selected carrier, and accounting professionals or authorities where required. Fonts are loaded from Google and jsDelivr, which can receive technical browser-request information. Providers may process some information outside the EEA. Such transfers must have an appropriate GDPR basis and safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for a copy or explanation of the applicable safeguards.
Retention
Order information is retained for fulfilment, legal-guarantee and potential-claim handling periods. Statutory retention periods apply to accounting records. Continued retention is assessed against applicable accounting requirements, unresolved disputes and limitation periods, rather than an indefinite retention of all data. Basket and preference information remains in your browser until changed or cleared.
Browser storage and cookies
The store code does not use advertising analytics. localStorage retains the basket, language, currency and delivery-country preference. Administrators use an essential protected session cookie lasting up to eight hours. Stripe’s payment page can use its own payment-security tools. Ordering alone does not subscribe you to marketing.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may access, correct or erase data, restrict processing, obtain a portable copy, or object to legitimate-interest processing. Erasure does not override legal retention duties. Data-rights requests are normally answered within one month; you will be informed about any lawful extension. Complaints may be submitted to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt). The store does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
